He is a founding member and president of the Psychoanalytic Research Association (PAD), affiliated with the internationally active IF‑EPFCL, in the field of Lacanian psychoanalysis.
He teaches courses on psychoanalytic theory and practice in the Clinical Psychology master's program at Bahçeşehir University.
He translated Luis Izcovich's book “Love, Desire and Jouissance in Perversion” into Turkish. His writings have appeared in various outlets such as Psikanaliz Defterleri and Birikim.
He hosts the Psikanaliz Sohbetleri (“Psychoanalysis Conversations”) podcast series, in which psychoanalytic concepts are explored in detail.
He currently maintains his psychoanalytic and supervision practice at his own office in Nişantaşı, İstanbul.

EPFCL — the School of Psychoanalysis of the Forums of the Lacanian Field — is an international body that aims to carry the psychoanalytic orientation running from Freud to Lacan into the clinical, ethical and institutional questions of our day. The School seeks to uphold the ethics of psychoanalytic practice, to support the formation of analysts, and to keep the transmission of psychoanalysis alive. Through forums, seminars, cartels, clinical work and publications across different countries, it opens the place of psychoanalytic discourse in our time to discussion.

The Psychoanalytic Research Association (PAD) was founded in 2018 to carry out work in the field of psychoanalysis and to transmit psychoanalytic praxis on the basis of the teachings of Freud and Lacan. It is based in İstanbul. PAD's core aims are to provide psychoanalytic training, to form analysts, and to conduct research in the psychoanalytic field along a Lacanian orientation. PAD offers a comprehensive training program comprising the three fundamental components of psychoanalytic formation: personal analysis, clinical supervision, and theoretical/clinical study.
Having held candidate-member status since its founding, PAD became officially affiliated in 2022 with the Paris-based École de Psychanalyse des Forums du Champ lacanien (EPFCL). It was accepted as a full member at the general assembly held in Buenos Aires in 2022, which Oğuzhan Nacak and Tuba Alkan attended on behalf of the association.
In this way, its psychoanalytic work at the national level gained international recognition, and opportunities to work alongside analysts practicing in different parts of the world have expanded.

Psikanaliz Sohbetleri (“Psychoanalysis Conversations”) is a podcast series bringing together Oğuzhan Nacak's talks on psychoanalytic theory, Lacanian psychoanalysis and the psychoanalytic clinic, centred on the teachings of Freud and Lacan. While taking up the fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis and clinical questions in accessible language, it aims to introduce the listener to the theoretical depth of psychoanalytic thought.
